Privacy Policy:

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Delivery:

We try really hard to send as many items as we can as promptly as possible. 

All of our products are sent via USPS. If you have not received your items, you must check with your local office even if you have not received notification from USPS that they are holding items for you.

You may specify a delivery address that is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver your product directly to a friend, a relative, or a place of business. 

The Quarter Brick makes every effort to deliver goods on the day specified, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries

If you do not receive the items ordered, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at thequarterbrick@gmail.com of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the item/s.

The Quarter Brick reserves the right to wait up to 14 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
